If you were on the committee, who would you put as the four number ones if you had to make the bracket today?

    I would say...

    Pitt
    UConn
    UNC
    Oklahoma

Oklahoma and UNC need to win their tourneys to get the number ones, I think if either Pitt or UConn wins the BE tourney they get the top seed.

I can't argue with these as of right now. PITT and UCONN would both need to lose 2 or even 3 games for them not to get #1's

OU has to win the Big12, otherwise they are Memphis without a conference tourney win.

UNC will get a #1 if they win the ACC but i don't know besides that. Maybe MSU if they win out. But these four are clearly the top 4 right now, even with 3 of them coming off losses

Memphis should win out, but they are 1-2 against top 25 and only 4-3 top 50. That isn't a #1 seed for me.

That is going to be the case for both MSU and Memphis because they are the teams winning right now.

I know that gets you up there in the polls but the committee doesn't base much on polls. They won' t go one way or the other a ton but the polls don't mean everything so I can't see them getting a #1 because they just don't have it when it comes down to the resumes.

Yea your right the committee looks at the resumes and Memphis does not have the best resume since they do not have any quality wins. I don't mind them moving up the polls though, it makes Syracuse look better.

haha yeah I guess it does..... But with them being ranked this high in the polls they are guaranteed a #2 seed. I just don't know about the 4th #1 seed. OU, MSU and UL are all fighting for it.
